June moves along

I’m back to tell you that the new bed is here. The teen that pulled all my weeds was able to drag the box with the adjustable frame to my room. He also schlepped the old mattress outside, where the thing was picked up. All that is left is to haul the king size platform (it’s in two pieces) to the driveway and posting a picture on Nextdoor. The frame is in fine condition and hopefully is just what someone is looking for.

My adjustable bed frame is awesome. I don’t need a surplus of pillows anymore to comfortably watch tv or read.

In another stroke of luck, my neighbor that has the oak tree that dropped an enormous branch into my yard came by, introduced himself and went out and completed removed the branch. He owns a landscaping company and so he knew what to do. He’s also repairing the fence – which is only cracked. Neither my neighbor nor I know when the branch fell .

That mass of greenery is the branch that came down.

Because of the threat of attracting bugs, the De Young Museum is not taking artwork with wool and so I sent in an image of my last painting. I won’t hear anything until Mid August.

Today is the one year anniversary of our Daughter’s wedding ♥️🌹

We are busy with planning for Scott’s Life Celebration and it’s coming nicely together. We rented The Log Cabin in San Anselmo. A friend has offered to play music and so far half of the guests have responded that they will be there.

I guess this is all I have to say for now. Have a wonderful week.
