Meantime

I’m so happy to write that we will be moving SOON. Everything is coming together and we may be able to move in sooner than expected.

Abe enjoying calm before the next packing up session begin.

Though, everything is opening up, I remain sheltering, using my mask if anyone comes by. My only excursions in the last month have been to shop for the daughter’s wedding gown. We had an appointment and masks, hand sanitizers and they took our temperatures before entering the shop.

My kid and her top bridesmaid getting ready for a photo.
She said ‘Yes’ to a beautiful dress.

And, also to pick up 6 boxes and a pile of canvases from my publisher’s in the East Bay and to do a walk thru of the new house in Marin. Belmont, where we still live, is located in the middle of the Peninsula, just south of San Francisco .

Both old and new houses are same distance to SF.
I was born in Los Angeles, but love the SF Bay Area. We lived in the East Bay too- just a few years before returning to the Peninsula. My new Bay view will be of San Pablo Bay.

In the meantime, I am using all the scraps from mask and scrub cap making to assemble a quilt for Ron, our friend who brought me boxes of fabric that were used.

I won’t be able to finish this until we move. All my beautiful Warm and Natural cotton batting is in the pod.

Before I sign off, I am posting a link to an amazing embroidery artist please do check outRuth Miller Embroidery. RuthMiller .

Thanks for checking out my blog.
